Two more came within the interval, while Italy only managed to score with a free-kick. In the second half, England scored three more goals bringing the result to the final 41-18.

For Italy, it is the second defeat in this edition of the Six Nations, and the twenty-ninth consecutive remedy in the last participations. The national team coached by Franco Smith, therefore, remains last in the standings without points. For England, it is the first victory, after the defeat suffered a week ago at home against Scotland. At the end of the second day scheduled for this weekend, the Six Nations will stop for two weeks. At the resumption, Italy will play in Rome against Ireland on Saturday 27 February.
